Welcome to Love Lab Events! By purchasing a ticket and/or attending any event hosted by Love Lab Events, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, purchasing a ticket, or attending any Love Lab Events gathering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

Love Lab Events are for adults 21+ only. By attending, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and can provide valid identification when requested. 

​

3. Code of Conduct

We strive to create a safer, inclusive space. All attendees must adhere to the following:

  • Consent is mandatory – Only engage in interactions that are explicitly and enthusiastically agreed upon by all parties.

  • Respect personal boundaries – Any form of harassment, coercion, or unwelcome advances will not be tolerated.

  • Confidentiality – Respect the privacy of all attendees. Sharing identifying information or media without consent is strictly prohibited.

  • Substance Use – Love Lab Events promotes responsible consumption. Illegal substances are not permitted.

Failure to adhere to the Code of Conduct may result in removal from the event without refund.

4. Ticketing & Refund Policy

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Tickets are transferable to a future event only with prior written approval from Love Lab Events. 

  • You may transfer your ticket to another person for the same event at any time, please email us prior to the event to let us know. 

  • In the event of cancellation by Love Lab Events, a full or partial refund or credit will be offered.

5. Liability Waiver

By attending Love Lab Events, you acknowledge and agree to sign the liability waiver which includes the following and more: 

  • You participate at your own risk and assume full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

  • Love Lab Events, its organizers, and affiliates are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

  • You release Love Lab Events from any claims arising out of participation in our events.

6. Photography & Media

  • I understand while at Love Lab Events gatherings, I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the activity holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns. 

  • If you do not wish to be photographed please share that with Love Lab Events prior to the event via email, or in-person at the event to Gino Do or Lona Garner or to the Consentaur on duty.

7. Event Modifications & Cancellations

  • Love Lab Events reserves the right to modify event details, including time, location, and programming.

  • In case of event cancellation, registered attendees will be notified as soon as possible.

8. Health & Safety

  • Attendees must be in good health to participate.

  • Any individual experiencing symptoms of illness should refrain from attending.

  • Love Lab Events reserves the right to enforce health guidelines as necessary.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA, and any disputes shall be handled in accordance with local regulations.
