Refund Policy

At Love Lab Events, we are committed to providing transformative and unforgettable experiences. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing tickets or registering for an event.

1. All Sales Are Final

All ticket purchases, deposits, and event registrations are non-refundable. We encourage attendees to be certain of their availability before making a purchase.

2. Ticket Transfers

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another eligible individual. Please email us prior to the event. 

• Love Lab Events reserves the right to approve or deny transfer requests at its discretion.

• Only with prior written approval may you transfer tickets to a future event.

3. Event Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If Love Lab Events cancels an event, ticket holders will receive a full or partial refund or the option to apply their payment to a future event. 

• In the event of a postponement, tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. If the new date is not feasible for the ticket holder, a credit may be issued for future events, or a refund may be given.

4. No-Show Policy

• If you do not attend the event, you forfeit your ticket without refund or credit.

5. Force Majeure

• Love Lab Events is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics). In such cases, Love Lab Events will offer rescheduling options or credits but is not obligated to provide refunds.
