About the event
Thanks for volunteering for Love Lab!!! These are huge events that we put on with lots of moving parts, and we couldn't do it without some volunteers!
Here's how it works: If you work for at least 4 hours you'll get a free ticket to the event (overnight included) AND you'll get free dinner and brunch!
If you suddenly can't make the event please let me know ASAP!!!! Things happen and we understand, just please reach out as soon as you know you can't make it so we can try to find a replacement!
Here are the shifts available (in order of most needed):
Gate Shift: This is actually a paid position because it is so important! 4-hour shift for $80! You are the access point to get in, and make sure that everyone has seen the Orientation. Must be reliable and take directions well. This shift is one of…

Post Event Clean Up
This will be a 4-hour max shift done on Sunday June 28th. Anytime after closing ceremony you can start cleaning up. No rush, just put in 4 hours over this Sunday sometime. This shift will include doing leftover dishes, taking trash out, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning the bar, and tidying up PURR.

Sold OutBrunch Help
This will be a 4-hour shift that will help our chef prepare brunch on Sunday morning. It'll include some cooking, some prep work, setting the food out buffet style, and clean up. This shift will start an hour before brunch is served, so 8am Sunday morning until about noon.

NA Bartenders - 10-2am
This will be a 4-hour shift and you'll be behind the bar serving up NA cocktails, coffee, cacao, etc. Your shift will be 10-2. Service experience of any kind ideal.

Sold OutGate 2pm-6pm
This shift you'll be working the gate, checking people's tickets, having them sign the waiver, and making sure they watch the Orientation video. Pays $80. Must be reliable.

This will be a 4-hour shift and you'll be behind the bar serving up NA cocktails, coffee, cacao, etc. Your shift will be 8-12. Service experience of any kind ideal.

This is a 4-hour shift starting 3 hours before dinner is served.

If/when volunteers drop out you'll pick up their shift. Must be available for any of them! If none drop out you'll be helping clean up crew Sunday afternoon!

This volunteer will come in later than the prep dinner cooks so they can help more with final preparations, serving, and dishes after. Hours 6pm until dishes are done.
